Joe Duffy For CABR Director
Real Estate is in Joe Duffy’s blood.
His father, Pete Duffy, was a Director on the CABR, and his grandfather, Pat Duffy, served as a Director and as President. Licensed in 2014 but immersed in the real estate industry his entire life, it is now Joe Duffy’s turn to take his family’s influence and wisdom and apply it to the modern industry.
Joe watched the real estate industry change drastically from the time he was a teenager, helping his dad out by taking calls to the present. He’s passionate about bringing new energy to the field, and he puts that passion into everything he does. He understands current trends in the industry, how fast things change, and is dedicated to making the complicated simple and keeping Realtors® relevant in the rapidly-changing world we live in.
Technology is Joe’s bread and butter; he was on the Committee for Business Technology, and he hopes to take the next step and bring his expertise on new innovations and how to best utilize them to the table as a Director. His main focus is to bring new ideas to keep Realtors® in the Cincinnati area relevant, updating the MLS dashboard to be more effective and competitive, and being a strong advocate for Cincinnati Realtors®.
Joe is also dedicated to helping the community. Being part of the Community Outreach Committee, he has taken part in charities such as the People Working Cooperatively event. It’s very important to him to serve the community he lives and works in.
Recent awards in the past year are a Circle of Excellence Team Award, the Homesnap Excellence in Client Service Award and the Ohio Realtors® President’s Sales Club Award of Excellence-Team in recognition of outstanding sales achievement.
